The Committee

Privacy Policy

Last updated October 9, 2026

The Committee is a private space for you and your friends to talk about your dating life. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. The short version: we keep what the app needs to work, we don’t sell it, and we don’t show ads.

What we collect

We don’t ask for, and you shouldn’t add, the real name, phone number, social accounts or photos of anyone you’re talking about. The Committee is built around nicknames.

Who can see it

How we use it

Only to run The Committee: signing you in, showing your committees what you share with them, and keeping your account and plan working. We don’t sell your information, use it for advertising, or share it with data brokers.

Services we rely on

They process information only on our behalf and under their own security and privacy terms.

Your choices

Age

The Committee is for people 18 and older. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone younger.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we’ll tell you in the app before it takes effect.
